How to Book
Reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once your deposit is received. We know that healing doesn’t always wait for a convenient moment — we can accommodate bookings with as little as 24 hours’ notice before your retreat start date, availability permitting.
Early Bird Pricing
Book 30 days or more before your retreat start date and receive 10% off your program price. The discount is automatically applied at the time of booking when this window is met and cannot be combined with other offers.
Payment
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is paid at the spa upon arrival.
- Deposits are accepted via Wise Transfer.
- Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB); other currencies shown are indicative only.
Pre-Arrival Consultation
Once your deposit is confirmed, we recommend a 10–15 minute WhatsApp call with your host, Emmy, to make sure your program is tailored to you and everything is prepared before you arrive. You’ll receive her WhatsApp number in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident booking with us, so every reservation includes a grace period, followed by a simple, tiered refund structure.

| Less than 7 days before retreat start | Deposit is non-refundable; we’re happy to help you reschedule but the rescheduled date will be non-refundable under any circumstances. |
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Rescheduling
Life happens. Rescheduling requests can be made up to 3 days before your retreat start date — let us know by then and we’ll do our best to move your booking to a new date within 6 months at no extra charge, subject to availability. Early bird pricing is honored on a reschedule only if the new date still falls within the original 30-day booking window.
Host-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare case that Kiyora Spa needs to cancel or postpone your retreat, you’ll receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including your deposit.
