You can request a couple’s room for two guests or arrange small group bookings; we recommend reserving early so we can coordinate therapists, treatment times, and room layouts for your group.

Yes, Kiyora Spa offers curated packages that may include body scrubs, Thai or oil massage, hot stone, and facials, ranging from shorter de‑stress sessions to three‑hour holistic experiences.

Most individual massages are 60, 90, or 120 minutes, while packages can run from around 2 to 3 hours or more; each treatment description includes its duration.

You can let us know your preferred pressure, focus areas (such as shoulders, lower back, or feet), and any areas to avoid so we can tailor the massage for you.

Comfortable, casual clothing is best; we provide appropriate garments for Thai massage, robes, and disposable underwear as needed for oil treatments and body scrubs.

It’s better to avoid heavy meals and alcohol right before your treatment; a light meal at least 1–2 hours beforehand is usually most comfortable.

Pregnancy: We offer a Prenatal Massage Treatment (Mamma to Be) for women within Week 14 and Week 30 of pregnancy. Booking in advance is essential so we can assign a specialised massage therapist. You must seek professional advice from your Doctor and obtain written permission prior to booking online or by phone.

Body Wraps: Not allowed due to the extensive heat that your body cannot get rid of, which can be dangerous to your baby.

Body Scrubs: Allowed, using a special scrub blend for pregnancy (Coconut & Vanilla Scrub, using sugar as an exfoliator, no essential oil used).  Our Prenatal Spa Package contains a Body Scrub component, which will require lying on your back for a short period causing discomfort to some.

Facials: Allowed, however, requires lying on your back for the whole duration, which may cause discomfort to some.

Steamroom: Should be avoided due to the risk of overheating, which can be harmful to the developing baby.

If you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, recent surgery, severe pain, or other medical concerns, please inform us before booking. We’ll adapt or adjust treatments as needed for your safety, and our pre-session Consultation Form helps us assess suitability for your chosen service or package.

If you have a fever, flu‑like symptoms, or an infectious condition, we recommend postponing your visit both for your own health and the safety of other guests and staff.

Please tell us about any allergies (including nuts, fragrances, or specific ingredients) so we can choose suitable oils and products or adjust the treatment as needed.
